You are receiving this notification because you have been identified as an active CloudStor user and therefore are subscribed to AARNet Service's status notifications:

We are scheduling critical updates to the CloudStor platform in the following maintenance window:

Tuesday 5 September 2023 21:00 AEDT to Tuesday 5 September 2023 23:00 AEDT

Please be aware that during this time you will not be able to access CloudStor services such as Web, OnlyOffice, SWAN & FileSender. S3 services/gateways will NOT be affected and will continue to be accessible during this window.

You will not be able to submit any new requests using the Request All My Data feature. If you have already received a download link, it will continue to be accessible during the maintenance.

If you are using the Sync service to download or migrate data via Rclone, the CloudStor desktop app or a WebDAV client, this should not abort but you may see errors 503, 500 or 403 during the maintenance. Sessions should automatically resume once the maintenance has completed. We recommend you pause any Rclone sessions prior to the maintenance start time and resume them after the maintenance has concluded.
